For those days where you just can not decide what to have on your pizza – go big or go home!
Step 1
Roll out a dough ball to approx 6-8 inches in diameter (or use a ready made pizza base)
Step 2
Spread 2 tbs of tomato sauce over the base using the back of a spoon
Step 3
Place slices of pepper, mushrooms, salami, cooked chicken, pepperoni, red onion and jalapenos over the base
Step 4
Tear some fresh mozzarella and place onto the toppings
Step 5
Sprinkle a mixture of grated cheddar cheese and grated mozzarella over the pizza
Step 6
Place on a floured pizza peel and pop into the oven. Rotate the pizza after 20-30 seconds and again after a further 20-30 seconds by which time the pizza should be cooked through
Step 7
Serve on a plate or a wooden board
