Here you will find a variety of recipes for pizzas, main meals, baking, desserts, starters and more. Recipes are made with accessible ingredients you can buy from your local shops. We will keep adding to these - all of which will have been tried and tested on our outdoor ovens. Feel free to let us know how you get on and to share any recipes that you would like to - we'd love to add them to this section. Please excuse some of the photos - they are not picture perfect, studio shots but real life "as they are made" photos. We are keeping it true so along the way things will be a little burned etc!

A really simple dish, best cooked at low temperatures for a long time so either keep the oven at around 150 degrees or pop the dish in once once you have cooked and are letting the oven cool down. Serve as a side dish.

Lemon Meringue Pizza

The grand finale to a meal, the Lemon Meringue Pizza. Having taken a few attempts to crack this one, I now have this down to a fine art. The crispness of the base, the sharpness of the lemon and the crunchy topping of the meringue leading to the soft, melt in the mouth meringue below. Perfection on a platter.
