All of our wood stoves are smoke exempt allowing you to burn wood regardless of whether you live in a smoke controlled area or not and all model are EcoDesign ready meaning you are purchasing one of the cleanest, efficient, low carbon stoves to give you sustainable heat. We are certain you will find the solution for adding warmth, comfort and atmosphere to your home.

Warranties

The warranty for ACR wood & multifuel stoves is 10 years, 5 years for our ACR Woodpecker stoves, 3 years for ACR Gas stoves and 2 years for ACR Electric stoves when purchased through one of our approved retailers.

To place an order for spare parts, please select your stove model from the list below or visit the relevant stove model’s page and scroll down to the spare parts section. Click on the image of the part you need, pop it into your basket, confirm and pay for your order.

You can then relax with a cuppa whilst we process your order, pick the parts and despatch it to you nationwide via courier as soon as we can. Simple as that! Please note, we are unable to sell
stoves directly from our site – our dealers are far better at doing that on our behalf!
