We are currently working remotely during the pandemic but we are able to despatch orders once weekly for spare parts and stoves. All calls are being diverted so we are still able to speak to you as usual. This situation will be reviewed when the next government announcement is made and if it is safe to do so, we will make the necessary alterations to ensure the safety of our staff as we return to work. At present, it is our priority to ensure that our staff, customers and suppliers remain safe and well. We hope that by taking this action, we can help the NHS as we continue to stay home.
